Kolte Patil Raaga project is under dispute

Hi All

This is for your info, that much publicised Kolte Patil Raaga project land is under dispute.
It seems the Developer has not informed many of their booked customers & delaying the
construction activity and trying for an out of court settlement. Also the planned phase II
launch is on hold. Also the initially promised SBI & LICHFL are not giving any loans for
this project.

if there are any booked customers, be aware ot it.
