To my openion compared to projects nearby all are luxury villas which starts from 2 - 4 cr.

and this is the future of luxury villa community considering the double road to yelahanka to doddaballapur with 8 min to yelahanka biggest mall. I think its a heads up for a good buy.

I would personally prefer to have a luxury villa at Rs.1 cr than cramped small 2 BHK in the city. This allows to escape from traffic and give all facility s and amenities of luxury apartment.

As long as its gated and guarded community and a bit of luxury feel i am for it
