Need review on sri sai nagar at kanakapura

Need a review on sri sai nagar layout at kanakapura road. This project is by Max Concorde. Seem to be quoting around Ras 1200 / Sq ft. Has anyone booked a site here? Please let me know about how clear are the documents, how reasonable is the price and how trustworthy are the developers.

I checked out this project. Initial quote was around 1250. Later they brought it down to 1200.
I can say 1200/sft is pretty high. Max I would pay is between 900-1000.
Havent checked papers yet.No idea regarding credibility as well. You can check Pionidhi Pride by Vaishnavi Projects. Seems to have more potential for growth. PM me for any other details you need
