Need feedback on Aditya Grand - hoskote

Hi,

I have visited a layout named "Aditya Grand" which has villa plots on NH4, adjacent MVJ medical college near hoskote. Has anybody else visited the layout? Feedback is appreciated.

Who is the developer ? Isn't this is a project of Aditya Estates whose earlier project is Dream Meadows, near Ryan School AECS Layout, WF ?

The builder name is GGR Housing India pvt ltd , a unit of peram group. This is marketed by aadhaar properties.

what is the price quoted an has any views on confident cygnus

The price quoted is 1299/- per sft (5% extra fro east/north facing). This layout is adjacent to NH4.

Reg. confident cygnus , this project is located on chintamani road. They are quoting 1099/- per sft for east/north facing sites. I have not visited this layout, but saw some of their ventures on sarjapura road. they look good.

Has any one else visited/come across Aditya Grand?

Thanks pvst_bda for reply. I have booked in Confident cygnus layout during launch price of 999/sq ft for west facing plot. Does the Hoskote area is drought and no water present.....

All, did a thorough check up. Seems like a fraud.

1. Seems like many booked plots, but since their lawyers asked lot of questions about the mother-deed, family-tree, and asked 10-15 docs,
now they're saying, they cannot give documents, directly go for booking at 25% the money
2. Many who cancelled have not got booking amount refunded
3. Sale agreement poorly drafted with lots of mistakes
4. As per SA, they say it will take 2 yrs for layout to develop, but orally they say 8 months.

Stay away from such suspicous folks, its only a matter of time that their true colors will come out

Checkout Windsor Township on Hoskote Malur road, It is 13 year old township , 100% sites released ,all development like road , park , sewage , borewell , electricity etc is completed. One house already under construction and Some more to start in another 3 months including mine. Price 1100+/sqft
