Need feedback on Peninsula pinewoods

I am planning to buy plot in a gated community.I went and saw peninusla pinewoods in sarjapur .Has anybody in this forum bought plot in this layout.
Please let me know your feedback about this project.

what is the price quoted there. Infact it is my friend who owns this company. Development and quality is good but haven't bought anything from them till now.
