KNS Infrastructure feedback / review needed

Hi,
I am planning to buy a BDA approved site from KNS Infrastructure. Just wanted to check if someone is aware of this builder and their credibility.
The name of the project is KNS Unnati and KNS Anirvan ( Location: Off Bangalore - Mysore Road, Bangalore). Here is the builder URl ( http://www.knsgroup.in/)
