1. KOHLER Rimless WC (white) - 24255/
2. kohler WC ( Rimless colour ) - 35250/-
So 10K for color collection.
Got one white for checking pipe inlet /outlet connections , thinking of colour for guest bathroom

One interesting point i observed that of you take only WC and no seat it will be 17250/-
There is a Kerovit(Kajaria) electric wash bidet seat for 14K rupees so for net 7000/- more you can get electric bidet.
However electric bidet is only in white.
Now thinking that in some of the bedrooms I should get electric.
Have usdd them in Japan and Korea and they are super convenient and hygenic

14K for Electric Bidet is very attractive price as Panasonic and others were around 40K.

Any reason you are considering electric bidet. heating is not needed. remote control or positioning is not a great value in real life. Have you explored mechanical bidet? Somethinglike this-
https://www.amazon.in/PureClean-Cleaning-Retractable-pressure-control/dp/B07RK8DD4B

The link you posted does not open so I haven't checked that item.

Well electric bidet is not for heating essentially.
I have used them extensively during my stays in Korea and Japan and it works well.
It has multiple modes , jet level and pressure adjustment and also female hygene mode.
There is drying mode and jet nozzle cleaning fearure as well.

For giving premium look to bathroom it is good.

Mechanical bidet don't look neat and are are essentially useless and a simple traditional handheld water jet is better.

1. Copper prices have shot up sterlite plant closure effect is coming to retail now.

finolex gold 2.5 mm sq is now 2050/- for 90 m roll earlier it was 1875/-

2. Purchased various tiles for bathroom and parking from several sources and brands Somany, Kajaria, Nitco, Johnson Endura, Imported Spanish, Lesser known brands from Gujrat and material to fix them

1. Cement Dalmia OPC 53 - 360rs
2. Metal Paste 1 kg - 150rs
3. PoP - 14 kg bag. 120rs
4. Grouting powder 70rs per KG.
5. Edge beading for tiles 140rs for 8 feet length( later got to know at nearby shop available for 80rs)

Tiles need separate thread as price and everything varies. Big learning Kajaria is best in terms of quality design and pricing.
Very few dealers who sport board of Kajaria actually keep inventory of Kajaria and try to push other morbi tiles at similar price.
