House wanted in Bangalore

Looking to buy a house in Bangalore. Looking in areas like Nagarabhavi, Vishveshwariah Lay out, Nandini Lay Out, and surrounding areas. I would be only keen to proceed with with the property for which I can avail bank loan (this means to say if somebody is looking for a deal with black money transaction-please excuse). Property needs to have a clear title and must be approved by the relevant authorities. Looking for dimension roughly around 20*30 or 30*40.
