Need help - buying a house.

Hi All
I am planning to buy a house which is built in 20x30 BDA site, east facing in anjanapura near to kembathalli.

- The house is having 1 car parking and 2 bike parking.
- Ground floor is having a single room with a kitchen and toilet.
- First floor a 1bed room, hall, open kitchen, pooja room. bath & toilet.
- 2nd floor is having 2 bedrooms with attached bath and toiler.


The house is around 1.5km from bannerghatta road, 1.5 km to jambu savari dinne bus stop, The builder is quoating 45laks.

Can anyone let me know whether the quoted price by builder is ok or I need to still bargarin..

The Price of the land depends on how interior the land is in Anjanapura.
However, Considering the constructed area of G+2 given by you and location, the cost seems to be a bit on the higher side.Please Go ahead and bargain.
