Surface Wiring / Casing Capping wiring for Home

Hello Friends,

Could you please share your views on the Surface wiring with Casing and capping method.

I am planning for porotherm bricks for construction for most of the parts except the bathroom and kitchen.

The rationale behind the thoughts :
1. labour skill
2. time for construction
3. cost

Concerns are the the safety from short circuits and the risk of fire.

Using casing capping wiring is not an issue of short circuit or safety. Casing need to be planned upfront before you start building walls as they look projected out and aesthetically disturbing. You can explore better casing options available in market.
For special casing finishing you need to order them in advance wont get them across counter. you can even look at making custom wood casing that looks earthy and class.
