Vitrified tiles - Comparison

Post by ganeshncm »

I am looking at comparison of vitrified tiles manufactured by Kajaria vs ones like Orient Bell. The size, thickness, designs looks are pretty similar, but there is a huge price difference. Any drawbacks with Orient bell that you guys see?

Hi Ganesh,
In vitrified tiles industry, since the digital technology is in to the market most of the brand tiles looks same but don't "feel" same. The price variation is because of vitrified base material. If you observe very keen you can make difference in the print quality .
Factors that impact vitrified tiles price
1. Texture
2. Print quality
3. Top protection coatings (Double charged / diamond coat)
4. Precision of die cut ( every tile in the same size )
Orient as such there are no specific problems but i see the design print depth is less compared to kajaria.
In my personal choice i consider RAK > Kajaria > Nitco > oreint purely based on the design quality .
