JP Nagar 8th Phase 1 st block BDA layout

Dears,
I am looking to buy a plot near 8th phase 1st block, near Vinaya Theatre. (Near HM world city apartments). I saw some kind of settlement of people in front of the Theatre. Please let me know if this settlement will be removed in the near future? Is it Temporary?

the slum which you've seen infront of Vinayaka theatre is actually Rohingya Muslims camps, who illegally came from or invited from Bangladesh, brought by local Muslim political party leaders to increase their vote bank & that settlement is there from past 3-4 years. This is also supported by local police & goondas, so you better look for other sites.
In the official Government website, now a days you can see that locality info, survey numbers, owner information etc., To your shock, when I did check all these background enquiry & contacted local people in that area, the actual owners traces have been removed (entire family is vanished by XXXXXXXX goondas & political party leaders).
So, I'm really worried about future of this country.

Sir, does this land belong to BDA and encroached upon by these settlements?
