I bought a 40x60 site in JP Nagar 8th phase 2nd block South phasing site for Rs 8100000.00 ( Including registration costs). Is it a good/decent/bad deal ?

Any thought would be appriciated.

If some one has the BDA layout map of JP Nagar 8th phase 2nd block, request you to share it.

which side of "JP Nagar 8th Phase 2nd block" is this ? One near Royal County Park or the one closer to HM World City ? If its former, its an unbelieveably good deal. If its the latter, its a decent deal .

I guess Its not that closer to HM world city. I have put the ULR which points to the exact location of the site. I did not visit the site as I am outside India. My Brother and Father did.

Final price was 3170 RS / SQFT. But Including registration, brokerage and other charges it came to RS 3350 / SQFT.
