Can you please tell me the current rate going on in JP nagar 9th phase 2nd block. Also, does JP nagar 9th phase 2nd block has water line and sanitary connectivity?

Did you buy a plot here ? what was the price at which you bought? I am being quoted 5500 by agent right in front of HM World city apartments. Please help with your inputs

Yes. I did buy a plot here back in March 2015. I paid 4700 psft back then. I got the plot in JP Nagar 9th Phase 2nd Block.

It starts from 6k to 8k. Price varies based on the direction and road width.

I’m a NRI & direct owner of a 20*30 north facing BDA plot at J P Nagar 9th phase. Selling my plot due to urgency & if anyone interested pls reach out to Saroja @ +91 90082 15970.
