Request for advise on Price , GR Lavender JP Nagar

I recently Joined this group and impressed with team of experts and info available . Need your suggestion on the current price of Plot for DC converted site. This property is situated very next to GR lavender Apartments, JP Nagar 8 Phase. This is a private property with very few sites . There are few houses already constructed in this property . Electric poles are available. This is a B khata property and may be 1-2kms from Kothanur main road.
1) Could you please let me know what is current running price per sq.ft. in this area.
2) How is the development prospect in this area.
3) I could not get much info about drainage and water facility here.
