I am looking for a 3BHK apartment in and around AECS Layout (Brookefields)/ B Narayanapura(KR Puram)

My budget is 30-35 Lakhs

It is tough to get 3BHK for 30-35 lakhs in AECS layout. Anyway you can check out with CMRS builders. They are 1or 2 projects in AECS Layout. I have seen their ads regarding 2/3BKH in AECS layout.

For plots, it is around 4k per sq.ft. For no-frills apartments, I believe it must be around 2300 per sq ft (not sure, please confirm with reliable source)

2300 per sq ft is what I am also finding in most of the advertisements.
