I'm original allottee of 50x80 site in 6th block,
North facing
60 ft road in front
Looks like commercial area as Oxford college is about 7 or 8 sites away and I saw mostly business on that road
I was looking at selling it, so I noticed the size is not 50x80 as it is in meters it's coming to 3875 sqft
Can you please help me how you guys dealt with while buying or selling?
Did you buy/sell using per sqft price and used 3875 sqft or 4000 sqft

Buy /sell happen in sqft unless u buy from BDA or direct allote ... please continue with 4000 SQFT costing , buyer will be aware of the fact and if he intersted he will consider this fact and agree for the final price

2 years back I sold my BDA site which was in BSK 6th stage, due to sqft difference I quoted lump some price as my target price.
Initially I was quoting sqft price, it didn't work out so I fixed a lump sum price and closed the deal.

it depends if its 80 feet road corner then its around 7000-8000 that to u can get it directly from BDA via Eacution , rest are around 5 to 6K ... BDA sold around 500 units in SIR MV layout in last 3 months for that price
