thanks for your reply. Yes there are lot of developments, 60 feet road has been tarred and marked with road lines. Paved footpaths are getting ready. Also the BDA compound on 60 feet road is earmarked for a private educational institution now. So the prices have SHOT UP sky high on 60 Feet road. Can i have your phone number so that we can keep in touch?

yes, 3rd block is growing very fast, Apartment construction is going on in 60ft road, i see already 20*30 sites adjacent to BDA compound is full.
high potential area is 3rd block now. near to Mys road University metro station, Kengeri outer ring road, many schools near by.
