Hi NK MN,

I just got e-Katha in last month through online which I was applied through Seva Sindhu, but when I checked the PID in below mentioned website. it says "no information available". Do I need to check this with revenue officer or since it's first year and paid the tax through Seva sindu, I am not getting any information in website (https://propertytax.bdabangalore.org/).

Note: Bought my site in auction site.

Try this email ID - systemsmanager-bda@ka.gov.in
Enclose a copy of your e-khata and ask for your PID number. You can parallelly reach out to the revenue offices via phone. Also you should be having the e-auction concerned BDA official contact details. Check with them too. According to me, PID generation takes time and you should be getting it later sometime.

Hi Sir, Madam,
I bought a auction corner in JP nagar 8 phase, 2 block, around 2005 sq. ft. size. Site is still vacant & not constructed any house. When checked online, BDA tax is 7250 Rupees. Is this the correct tax amount? isn't it too much for empty land?

They introduced a new "maintenance fee" last year. This would be the reason why the tax demand is so high.

When I tried to pay this year's tax online - I see that there is an entry in the bill for maintenance fee, but this is not charged. Only the "property Tax part is charged.

I am unable to pay tax online as the Pay option is not displayed .
Last year i was able to pay online .
Are others also facing similar issue , please advise.

Hi All,

Anyone facing issues with online tax payments? I am trying to pay tax but it says that "property ID does not match with phone number" and this was the phone number given. Anyway of getting it done? We ad paid the tax online 2 yrs back but unable to do it now

Also what are the means of paying taxes offline? I heard that we can pay in Bangalore One center but these people do not have clue about it. HDFC bank also does not have idea on it. The registered property is in South Division as per last tax paid receipt.
