Can anyone guide as what is the current prevailing prices per sqft in 2nd block of vishveshwariah layout. I am having 30*40 in Nirvana enclave of 2nd block.

I was informed that the expected rates could be ranging from 2300 to 2800. But it varies on the location etc. Mostly 2 nd block is on the wrong side on Nice road and the valuation is lower compared to the rest of the layout.

Please guide me know what is the current prevailing prices per sqft in 3rd block of smv layout?. I have 50*80 site near to Amma Ashram.

Hi All,

A quick update. We finally found a plot and it is in 1st block. The purchase price is 3500 Rs. Plot is near Arunachalam Layout but in SMV layout. A key concern faced during our search was many of the sellers want black money and not many sellers are accepting full white. And indeed raising black money to the tune of 20 to 25 Lakhs with no loans etc is a big hurdle. Next step would be to build a house on one of our sites. But this will be more towards end of the year. Maybe this i will document in a separate thread. Also most of the layout is getting tar roads now. Hope we get water soon.

Visited SMV 4TH block yesterday, Good to see metling done for the roads near to the nice road.

I was in SMV 1st block this weekend and found that all services except water supply is available. Saw a sprinkling of houses that have come up, sadly some with such old design/ plans that it made me wonder if they have copy-pasted a 25 year old plan.

All roads are tarred except the road which leads from the upcoming KHB housing complex.
