The layout is ready to move in.
1. Electric lines are there
2. Sewage work is done
3. Cauvery water 3 days a week
4. Cable TV/ telephone lines , 4G network all available
5. Parks well maintained
6. Ola/Uber/Autos operate
7. Police patrol at night
8. BBMP garbage collection from door to door is the only concern

Hi,
Are you referring to the whole SMV Layout or the 6th Block only ?

hope you are all doing well. How is 3rd block in terms of development now? What is the price value of site in 3rd block SMV layout? Please share your thoughts.
