Kaveri water pipeline in Sir MV layout 1st block

Friends... Any updates on the progress or improvements in 1st block of SMV Layout? We own a plot in 1st block and very much interested to start the house construction if all the basic facilities are in place. Also I would like to know how many site owners are ready to start the construction work..

Hi, in first block lot of construction has started. And also people have started building compounds around sites..hopefully kaveri water will come soon..

Dears,
I had been there yesterday evening. Water tank is under construction and the work is in progress. I could take only one picture (attached) since it was almost dark.
Hopefully it will be complete in a year or so.

Also, KHB apartment is almost complete. Painting and other finishing touch is in progress.

Thanks for the responses. If the construction work is in progress, even I will plan to construct the compound for the plot. I had visited this area 2 months back and I was not able to locate the plot and I don't see plot numbers on the stone. Please let me know what is the formal process to get the layout plan with plot numbers or if someone has soft copy of the layout plan, please share.

Hi we are building a house in Ist block ,we saw people checking the water pipe lines and the valves ,expecting water very soon.

I had been to SMV Layout recently. Here are some pics of the water tank under construction. As per few locals there, this water tank may be completed in another 4 to 5 months.

Smv to get kaveri water

Good to know that cauvery water has reached SMV layout. But i don't see any pipeline being put in first block. May be they will provide pipeline to houses after the Ground water tank is built. Thanks for the update.
Also, Need to findout where to pay for the water connection? and the necessary process..
