New Kaveri water connection for 20 X 30 house

We want to take the connection for our house constructed in 20 X 30 site.

Is anybody has taken Kaveri connection in SMV layout. If yes please inform the procedure of getting connection, fee structure and licensed contractor details which will help us a lot.

Regarding 4th block I don't know, but we are in 3rd block where Kaveri water is coming but we have not taken the connection.

So I am requesting the members who have taken the connection please reply me about the procedures.
