Feedback on 2 2BHK and 1 BHK Plan

Dear Members, I am planning to start my house construction. I have a 60x56.7 North East corner site in kanakashree layout. Currently I am planning for construct Stilt ground floor and first floor. Attach file contains the first floor plan. This plan is created by me based on different learning from everyone. Please have a look and provide your suggestion/comments.
