Going rates around Nagarbhavi and SMV layout

Dear all,

Could any one please throw some light on whats the going rate in Rajajinagar Housing Co society 2 nd block
and SMV 8th block. Sellers are quoting (Rajajinagar Hsg Co op West facing 30*50 at 2300 psqft) and SMV south facing 30*40 at 1700 psqft.
At what rate shall i buy these sites ? please let me know.
