840 Sq.ft is a decent size. In Bombay and other similar cities, 2 BHK flats starts from around 550 sq.ft onwards.
Nowadays many branded builders in the name of affordable apartments, making similar sized flats.
Ex. Provident(Puravankara Group) Wellworth, sunworth...etc and Brigade(near Devanahalli) are also doing their
affordable 2 BHK projects in the similar size.

Regarding the resale option it depends on the condition of the apartment at that time and the resale demand-supply
condition of that area. Always look whether you are satisfied with your need, rather than thinking about resale option.
