Did any of you receive the following mail? I am away and happened to receive this mail. Do you think these guys are serious and have any intent of delivering?


At the outset we wish to state that reasons beyond our control, we are little behind schedule in respect of execution of the above project. We are striving to remove the bottlenecks that have slowed down the progress, and are very hopeful of clearing them soon. For this unavoidable delay, we seek your indulgence and request you to bear with us.

The reasons for this delay are not far to seek. The shortage of sand and aggregates, the basic raw material required for execution of building works was one of the major hurdle which we had to encounter to bring back the work at the site on even keel. Secondly there was acute shortage of skilled labor for carrying out internal work and external plastering work, which only made our sincere efforts even more difficult to reach. Last but not the least external plastering, terrace water proofing, external development work were severely hampered due to the above said reasons. In light of the above said hitches, we now have set for ourselves a hand over date of units from tower “F” to tower “K” by end of June 2015 for starting interior works, we request you to support us to meet the said stipulated date, which we are confident of achieving.

We have set our heart on this project and would like to make this as the showpiece of our endeavor which would be possible only with your continued goodwill & patronage. We appreciate your support and understanding of the situation in advance
