Construction Contacts in TC Palya, Ramamurthy Nagar

Dear Members,

I own a 30x40 site near TC Palya, Ramamurthy Nagar and wish to start construction.
Kindly let me know if you know of a reliable Engineer who can take up the work.

I am thinking of giving full contract ( labour and material ).
Kindly let me know your suggestions on how to ensure the quality of construction is not compromised.

I also plan to have a borewell. Any inputs on the cost-benefit analysis of digging borewell and also let me know if you think it is not a good idea to dig borewell.

Please contact Pavan @ +91 80954 23266. They are a group of young people and have in-house architects and engineers and provide turnkey projects. They are currently constructing a house for my friend in JP Nagar. They have constructed projects in Malleshwaram and Banaswadi that are relatively close to Ramamurthy Nagar.

Im not very knowledgeable about borewell so sorry i cant help you there. But we have got rain water harvesting and borewell done for our house.
