water tightening solution for seepage from bath room

Dear Sir,

We have noticed seepage of water from bathroom to adjoining kitchen walls since 9 months in our 2nd floor house at H S R L/O.2nd FLOOR House was constructed in 2011.I have enclosed the seepage pics.I have gone thro water tightening solution offered by wet2drysolution.com.Has any body used their service for arresting water seepage.
