Advice/Suggestions for painting Car Parking Area

Hi All,
Good day.
(1)I have my car parking area fitted with Terracota tiles.
(2)There is a pathway clearance on my two sides of building @ 1.5Ft width each.
This pathway floor is plastered and never painted - as clean-sweep and water-wash them @ 2 days/week .
I would like to paint (1) and (2) areas. Both of them are 8 years+ old since laid/constructed and this would be their first coating wrt painting. Please suggest with your invaluable thoughts on the paint, type, company and relevant details. Thanks.
