Any body built G+3 residential house on porotherm blocks in Bangalore?

Dear Sir,
Has any body built residential house G+3 with walls, foundation on porotherm blocks (on 30'x40' plot) in Bangalore.
Any feedback on strength of porotherm block walls, how about laying conduit for electrcal wiring.
Any body who has expertise can share the information.

Load bearing is not possible with porothm blocks as they are light weight and grid pattern bricks. You need to plan services right before you fix the walls and ingeneral if you have no plans to plaster the walls then services should be planned carefully with sufficient routing done in the slabs itself .
Inmost cases its suggested to plaster atleast few walls to take care of electrical routing. you need to fill the electrical pipes cut with similar red clay mixed cement.
Using vertical perforated blocks you can go for G+1 load bearing with limited spans .

I have seen Pillar based G+2 Building in my area constructed Last year using porotherm blocks.
