I am planning to start construction in 30×50 site(2 floors) in kr puram. Please some one share below details for cost estimation and planning.
1. Labour contract per sft, inclusions/exclusions.
2. Full contract per sft (approx ) for decent
3. latest steel prices
4.cement prices.
5.sand river(aporox).
6.bore well
7. red bricks price.

hi sekhar, below some details which i know iam sharing to you :
1)labor contract: 260 rs to 280 rs per sft (depends on cement blocks or red bricks used), this rate excludes compound wall, sump, parapet wall, digging
2) full contract rate varies from 1650 to 1750 rs per sft, depends on what is material used
3)red bricks i checked in malur: it is 4 rs to 5rs normal red bricks
4)bore well charges starts from 80rs per sft for upto 300ft and increases by 10rs for every 100ft
