Options for the expired Sanction Plan

Hi,
I had got a plan sanctioned for 3 floors but due to some unforeseen issues could construct only one floor at that time. This was 3 years back.
Now I want to resume the construction of another 2 floors but the plan has expired(2 years since it expired).
The folks in this forum have a lot of knowledge on these issues. Can you suggest what are the options which I have?
