Have you left the entire ground floor for parking? Do you have the elevation design?

Thanks, I have a plan to make a 2bhk with parking in the ground floor for Rent..My architect willl give complete plan after I finalize first and second floor plan.

i think pooja room can be arranged such that your the living room looks grand.
the 2nd point i thave is as per vastu the sie of master bedroom should be more than that of any other bed room size.

It is good and spacious plan, considering your bed room requirements in total of 3 ( 1 in GF, and 2 in Second floor)

Are you not considering vaastu as one of the requirements?

Vastu is being considered, do you think anything is not as per vastu ?

Kitchen had two options SE and NW, second option is being considered to create more space for living and to avoid kitchen entry from living...Pooja room is supposed to be in NE and it's considered..

Better to have kitchen in SE.

NW is accepted position for kitchen, but some die hard vastu folks read too much into vaastu and insist on SE..
