Review Electrical Material contract

Hello everyone,

I would like to have your valuable opinion on the attached electrical contract (including material), Havells Coral accessories (wires, boxes, plates, switches, sockets) and legrand mcg, elcb will be used. Contractor says additional 28% tax to be levied. The carpet area is about 1200 sqft. Would love to hear if the prices look right to you?

Also, if someone could shed some light on how electrical circuits are generally done. My electrician says that each bathroom and its respective room should have a electrical circuit for lighting and AH each. What are some way of reducing the number of electrical circuits and thereby wiring to bring down the cost? What are best practices?
