eKatha and Plan approval process- Experience - BMRDA

Creating this topic to share our experience with eKatha and plan approval process in BMRDA.
We are planning to construct in Bellandur\Sarjapura area - muthanallur. The eKatha process took 3 months even though we engaged an agent. That turned out to be a huge mistake as the officer asked us to directly interact with them expecting NO money in return. Since we were pushing the agent, the process took lot of time in the mean time.
Started the plan approval process, there is a back and forth plan correction happening even though we DIDNT deviate anywhere. Keeping fingers crossed.

If any of you know Registered architect to mark her/his seal in the plan submitted for approval, pls let me know.

Problems with setback. Ours is an irregular plot with 03 meters difference in front and rear end. What is the setback calculation for irregular plots? What is the setback for parking lot?
