Dimension for a house in 30*50 Site

Could any body please let me know the minimum dimension of each room for constructing a house in a 30*50 site including parking lot.

Hi Resmi ,
By asking for dimensions , do you mean to understand the setbacks you need to leave ? Please note that all across, there will be 2 plans , one approval plan and other working plan. The dimensions will be different in both these plans.

I mean the standard dimensions for a working plan if If I go for a 2bed21/2 bath ground floor plan.

Hi Resmi,
A few pointers for you.
There are multiple ways in which you can construct your house.
It all depends on the each individual’s requirement and taste.
Still as a standard practice,
car park space should be around 12X15, sft
Bedrooms 13X11 sft and 14X12 sft
Living room 12X20 sft and
you can accommodate dining by designing it in a ‘L’ shape along with the living room, Kitchen 10X8 sft and two bathrooms of 40 Sqft each.
The above are tentative sizes and calculate only for the carpet area. Walls and set backs will be used for the balance or left out space and they need to be designed according to the site conditions and requirement.
If they do not fit then the sizes need to be trimmed accordingly
