How is your builder/contractor calculating the cost of construction? Persqft of builtup area? For 30X40' plot, if 2' is setup on all sites, builtup area wud be 936 sqft?

What is the cost for stilt floor car park?

What would it cost for my project? Stilt floor car park (936/2 sqft construction cost) + first floor 936 sqft (Living/Kitchen/Dining/Guest Bedroom and Bathroom) + second floor 936 sqft (Master Bedroom with Walking wardrobe and Bathroom, Kids Bedroom with Bathroom + Family area between) + Thirdfloor 210sqft (15'X14' Multipurpose room) = 2550 sqft built up area?
