Agree with @Venky, to be 100% Vastu compliant is very difficult. In my case, Based on the recommendations which i got from my friend (who is studying the Vastu course) and his guide, Ananth Pandit (who has 40 yrs experience in Vastu), we should consider key Vastu points (in line with our birth signs) and try to implement them in our home construction. Also most of the architects follow the main Vastu points while planning but it's always a dilemma on how much should we adhere considering effective space utilization. My home plan design was done by my close friend (who is an architect) who included basic principles of Vastu and recommended to keep it simple for effective space utilization and took practical approach while designing the plan.

Hi Sar,

Can you give contact infomration of your friend who is studying vastu corse so that I can just get my plan reviewed with him or even take him near site and get his feedback.
