How to Apply for B Katha?

Hi All,

I have a plot in Parappana Agrahara and I do not have Khata(by BBMP) for it, but when the plot was purchased we had received Khata by the near by gram panchayath, and since there was an extension of BBMP a few years back the plot which I have purchased has come under BBMP limits and now I would like to apply for B Khata(given by BBMP),

1) Does anyone aware about the procedure to convert the previous gram panchayat khata to B Khata and the charges for it (including how much bribe to be given?)
2) Does anyone aware about on how to apply for B Khata and the charges for it (including how much bribe to be given?)

(Note:- Akrama Sakrama scheme hasn't come there yet and only B Khatha exits in the surroundings)
