BDA Lease cum sale Agreement

Hi,

I am planning to buy a BDA house. Initially the site was allotted in the process of "lease cum sale agreement". After that they executed "absolute sale deed".

My lawyer insisting to get a copy of that "lease cum sale agreement". Could you please help me on how to get this copy of "lease cum sale agreement" ? should i approach BDA ? will they give copy of this document ?
