BBMP Tax Assesment

Hi Santro,

while doing BBMP assessment, will revenue inspector will come and measure the building areas like they do in BDA? do we need to give money for tht person?

Not heard of any BBMP inspector visiting houses for property tax assessment. But we need to ensure actual areas to be specified in the self assessment form to avoid trouble from them in future.

okk thanks for the info santro. In BDA tax assessment some person from BDA will come and measure and do the tax assessment.

We had a plot with B khata, and we were paying the property tax for the plot and now the building is complete, how do we pay the property tax for the building with the same reference, can anybody help here
