30*40 North F Site Rate in BTM 4TH Stage ,Block 1

Hi All,

I have seen some 30*40 BDA Sites(North facing) in BTM 4th Stage, 1st Block-nearer to the BDA Park and Nightingale school

The Agents have quoted Per Sq.Ft Price for 2 sites between Rs.3900/- and 4000 /-.

As per the Agents ,the maximum price the owners can come down is till Rs.3875 /-

Appreciate if the members can come up with replies reagarding the maximum Sq.Ft price of 30*40 BDA Site in BTM 4th Stage, 1st Block
