Help needed to pay property tax and khata transfer of a MUDA vacant site

Hello friends,
Would appreciate if anyone can share this info.

I own a MUDA site in Dattagalli and bought it way back in 2013. But due to touts asking for bribe as well as commission, I refrained from paying them to get the khata transfer done. But since then I have not been able to do it myself.
Do you know anyone who can do it for me for a service charge?

Hello members,
I'm still look for help for khata transfer. It has become more complicated now since the layout got transferred to the corporation and now I'm required to get MUDA khata first before transferring to Corporation. However I have cleared all the property tax dues to MUDA.
