Information regarding layout at manganahalli

I have seen one layout in manganahalli next to Sir MV Layout. NandaGokula layout which is opposite Mahalaxmi enclave. Anybody has the information about the layout.

Nandagokula layout seems to be a good bet in coming years. If Kempegowda layout takes off successfully, then nandagokula will ideally be located inbetween SMV & Kempegowda layout which will turn out to be worthwhile investment for future. If anyone else have any thoughts / information feel free to write back.

Is this layout BDA approved? Manganahalli is where BDA issued compensation for Kempegowda layout acquistion, right?

hello,

It is approved from village panchayat from what i understand they call as B-Khata...but would get eventually regularized by BDA.
