Hi,

I am planning to buy a site in Vakil Marina layout.

I would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on below queries.

1. Is this a CMC layout? and is taken over by BBMP?
2. I see a blog message in yahoo groups (dated 2005), saying this layout is notified by BDA. Is this true?

3. How to verify if this layout is notified by BDA or not?
4. The owner of the site (which I am planning to buy) has not made the Khata yet. Will it be possible to get A-khata now for this site?

Kindly advise if this is a good buy, based on approvals and future development.
