Hi,

I recently visited kns Archisa off Mysore road, they mentioned it is BMRDA approved. Few things i wanted to know.

• Has anyone brought plot from there? How did buying went go?
• Could i get any reviews as in buying plot from KNS? Wanted to know their credibility.
• And how safe it is to buy BMRDA plots? Since plot is being brought from a developer, will be there be any problem in buying it?

Hi, I too also planning for same. I heard this project is estimated by Jan 2016. They are actually offering 5 types of gardens namely Rose Garden Bamboo Garden, Yoga garden, Butterfly garden and Perennial Garden, these are parts of amenities in this project. Plots ranging from 18.60Lakhs to 31 lakhs. This is one of the ongoing projects of KNS Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. If it is BMRDA plots then there is no risk but before that verify the plots once.
