i have 30*40 site in nirmanlayout .
i also paid rs.56000/- in 1998 and have a passbook number but no site number.
i stay in basavanagudi nearby nirman office.and have been there many times.
my advice to you ,take seriously,see nirman layout once,in 15 years even site numbers are not put.

Dear nadig Sir,
Please gather as many members as possible, who have similar issue with Nirman Shelter, so that it will be more effective.
Also if you have good number you can call TV9 Channel reporters and air the same show to create awareness among bangaloreans against the Nirmal Shelters and its founder Mr. lakshmi Narayan.
Earlier Ittina Properties had also cheated many of their buyers after collecting the money. After TV9 channel exposed their good Image, they learnt a lesson and started completing the work on priority and handed over the properties.

Hi Raghu,
First thing what are you? And how can you help these members? Why don't you put your strategy to help these people?
If they don't call you it doesn't mean that they are fake claims nor they are genuine.
This is a public blog any one can express their views, problems, questions what not.
If you want to really help them post the suggestions like msn 1270, if you are really closely related to nirman shelters find out the problem and try to solve them. Surely let everyone know the outcome of your help
