I found an online ad for Rs. 1300/sft.
Sounds too high to me.

Yes...that is pre-correction price and hence would be unrealistic:-)

Well, the ad was posted on sulekha on 29/apr. That's just a month ago. Asking for 31.5L for 2400sft. As an investment, at that price, one could buy a BDA allotted site (BSK-6?) rather than a pvt layout. Your thoughts?

My brother has 2 adjacent 50x80 sites to sell in Vasundhra Lyt is listed on magic bricks and with major brokers here .

Another broker is Srikant of Home Solutions 9886797972 , 9886606184 . Is best to confirm rates all round and decide.
