30X40 BDA plot in BSK 6th Stage

Hi,

Am new to this. Need help...Am looking for a 30X40 BDA plot in BSK 6th Stage. Couple of the brokers are quoting 2200/Sq Ft around 5th, 7th & 11th Block. Can someone help me with letting me what are the current trends there?

I am looking for a 40X60 plot there.

For 40X60 the rate is anywhere from 1600 to 1900.

Banashankari 6th stage has become place of illegal activities in the nights and also have seen people are burring the cattles and cows in the bda sites by the local villagers

The rates are only 1500/- to 1600/- for a south facing and north facing would be somewhere between 1,650 to 1,750 max.

Dont go by the brokers as they always increase the prices.... The reason being the broker who shows you the site will take you to an another broker acting as an seller.

Beware!!! Donot buy sites on BDA 4th Block (Employees association).

Prices in BSK are 1200-1500/sq ft.
2000 is a joke.

One of my cousins bought at 1950 in 2006 and is regretting - His cost of ownership with loan will touch 2500 now

Just bargain for less price.

Please take care of dimensions while buying. No BDA 30X40 site there is exactly 30X40=1200sqft. It is 1162sqft only. so please make the payment for that much only. On paper 30X40 site dimsion is mentioned and 108sqm ( 9MX12X) which comes out to be 1162sqft. Do not pay extra money for 38 sqft.
